What does it take to raise the funds that your BAME Organisation/Project needs?
To help you develop your skills and secure the funds you need to continue doing “good works”, Join me on this intensive hands on seminar, full of insights, case studies and practical tips.
As a bonus, I will be joined by representatives from:
– Arts Council
– BBC Children in Need
– Big Lottery Fund
– Comic Relief
– Esmee Fairbairn
– Heritage Lottery Fund
– Trust for London
and the Institute of Fundraising!
On the day, you will pick up tips and tricks to:
• Navigate the UK grant making landscape
• Identify potential projects/areas of work that might attract grant support
• Conduct research and prioritise potential grant makers
• Assemble all the information necessary to compile a bid to meet the needs of a targeted funder
• Use full cost recovery to develop an appropriate budget
• Monitor, evaluate and report back on your activities for effective stewardship
As a double bonus, you will also receive FREE entry to a Dragon’s Den event with some of the Funders that evening, as well as an opportunity to observe live pitches.
There will also be lots of opportunities to network and make new contacts.
